Sheina offers beginner and advanced educational classes in permanent cosmetics. After finishing the course, Sheina will prepare the student to take the Board Certification Exam. This qualifies you to work in the state of New York or any other state that has the same requirements. Sheina trains small groups in order to have more attention individually to each of her students.
